Navigate to Statistics Console > Operational Statistics > Vessel activity survey.
The application will present the Vessel search form along with the From Date and To Date search criteria.
For the Date Range criteria the year cannot be more than 9999.
Fill in at least one of the IMO Number, MMSI Number, Call Sign or Ship Name and click on Search button.
The application will present a list of Vessels that meet the search criteria.
Select one of the Vessels and click on the IMO Number link.
The application will present a new screen containing the Search/Edit Vessel section prefilled, based on the selected Vessel, along with the From Date and To Date search criteria.
Set in preferable values in the Date fields and click on Search button:
The application will present in a new screen the Vessel Identification of the selected Vessel and also a list of the Notifications with error.
For each type of Notification the Date and the Total Number of occurrences are presented:
