Navigate to Find Information > Incidents Information > All IR of Selected Ship.
The application will present the Vessel search form along with Time Period search criteria, for which the year of the input date cannot be more than 9999.
Fill in at least one of the IMO Number, MMSI Number, Call Sign or Ship Name and click on Search button.
The application will present a list of Vessels that meet the search criteria.
Select one of the Vessels and click on the IMO Number link.
The Service Indicator and Ship Type codes and labels are provided in the attached files:
The application will present a new screen containing the Vessel Identification section prefilled, based on the selected Vessel, along with Time Period search criteria.
Fill in any of the Start Date and End Date fields and click on Search button.
The application will present a list IR Notifications of the selected Vessel:
Select an IR Notification and click on Details link.
A new pop up window will be presented with the Incident Report Details.
The following print screens present the various section in collapsed and expanded mode:
Export the search results in Excel, XML, CSV format by clicking on the respective icon on the bottom left side of the screen:
