Navigate to Management Console > Conventions/Agreements Management > Create Convention
The application will present the Create Convention form.
Fill in the Convention Name, optionally a short Description and select the Countries that will be assigned to this Convention:
Click on Create button and the system will store the new Convention in the database presenting also the relevant message.
