Navigate to Management Console > Application Management > Clear Database.
The application presents a list of parameters that control which data will be uploaded to the cloud and which ones will be deleted from the database.

Select a date range of your preference; check the "Export Database", so that the data will be exported and uploaded to the cloud, and check the "Clear Database", so that all data in the database which are older than the respective retention period are deleted.
The retention period for each message type is configured in the Notifications Parameters section.
Click "Submit" button and the procedure will start.
If all steps are successful the following message will be presented:

Should you choose a year greater than 9999 the system will present the following message:
